We have taught this style of class to literally thousands of people since 1993.

Specialised movement and fitness programs* that will increase focus, self confidence and also de-stress from the hectic times we all find ourselves in.

These classes are an holistic approach to fitness of the mind and body. They are fun, engaging and exhilarating.

Our experience allows us to deliver these classes in a format suitable for people of all ages.

Fully supervised, they combine flexibility, dynamic and passive movements, cardio fitness, aerobic and anaerobic exercises, HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength and conditioning and precision focusing.

An excellent program that can also be utilised as an adjunct to team building workshops and seminars.

We can even pit team against team with competitive initiatives contained within the sessions.
